1. No items will be despatched until payment is confirmed.
2. As our replicas are handmade to order, please allow up to 28 days for delivery from notification of despatch.
3. Claims for non-receipt, damage or shortages should be notified as soon as possible, within 21 days of date of despatch.
4. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
5. If we have sent incorrect items in error, we will of course exchange them as soon as is practicable.
6. Unwanted items, in perfect condition can be returned to us within 7 days, carriage to be paid by you, for exchange or refund.
7. Every care is taken to insure the accuracy of details and prices on our website. Prices charged are those ruling at date of despatch, errors and omissions excepted.
8. Carriage is charged according to the packed weight of your order.
